Dear HarmonySite administrator,
In case you're not aware, HarmonySite has a module that can automate repetitive tasks, and do them for you, on a schedule that you define yourselves. This module is called the "Scheduled Tasks" module. We have been creating tasks for this module for the last few months, and there are now several available.

The Scheduled Tasks module is an optional extra, and must be enabled by HarmonySite staff before it can be used. The annual cost is detailed on this page: www.harmonysite.com/pricing
If you pay for this module to be enabled, you are then entitled to request that we create more tasks for your group, if needed. If you have any other tasks that you wish to automate, you can let us know, and if it's possible, we'll create it for you, for no extra charge.
